Justin Meselsohn

Restaurant General Manager

Justin's Hospitality career kicked off having graduated at Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration; in addition he also is a certified Sommelier level II at The Court of Master Sommeliers, a great fit for our wine-centric Restaurant and Team!

Although he grew up along the shore in New Jersey, he eventually has made his way west and is familiar to the Four Seasons culture as he worked at our Sister Resort in Dallas, TX at Las Collinas. Justin joined in 2016 as a Manager in Training (on the MIT program) and went leaps and bounds from being a Restaurant Assistant Manager to a Restaurant Department Head and eventually Director of Restaurants & Bars. After leaving the Four Seasons, Justin was the General Manager at The Village Dallas. He is no stranger to restaurant openings as he already has two under his belt!

In his spare time, Justin enjoys going out to get some sun and running when he is not working. In fact, he is working towards his goal of completing a marathon, I strongly suggested the Napa Valley Marathon next March which starts right in front of the Resort on Silverado Trail! Three of his go-to’s: Negroni, pizza, and avocado toast topped with crispy bacon.
